NSPA welcomes Genevieve E. Machin as Human Resources Executive 

LUXEMBOURG - On 15 September 2022, Ms Genevieve Machin assumed her duties as the Agency's Human Resources Executive. She is responsible for the proper functioning and overall provision of HR services, policies, and related programmes within NSPA.

Prior to her current position, Ms Genevieve she held a number of progressively senior and global human resources positions within the telecommunications, financial services, aviation, IT, and manufacturing industries. 

As part of her experience in the aviation industry, she held a fully operational role managing air traffic control towers within the Greater Toronto Area (Canada).

Ms Genevieve holds a Bachelor (Hons.) in German and Russian Language and Literature from Memorial University of Newfoundland (Canada) and a Masters's in Russian Literature from the University of Ottawa (Canada). She is Lean Six Sigma greenbelt trained, a certified Change Practitioner , and a certified training facilitator.

I am honoured to have joined NSPA and look forward to making a lasting and meaningful contribution to the Agency's success in my capacity as HRE.
