NSPA launches new eProcurement website


LUXEMBOURG - NSPA has launched a new eProcurement website available for NSPA suppliers. Access to the eProcurement website requires a vendor account, obtainable through a Vendor Registration

The solution implements the latest secure web technologies, a new modern user interface and major functional enhancements such as:

  • A common view for Future Business Opportunities, Notifications of Intent and Request for Proposals for non-codified items
  • An improved notifications systems with InApp notifications, keyword subscriptions, specific opportunity subscription
  • A Secure upload of bids with an increase of the files' size and full package upload
  • New filtering and drag and drop capabilities.

Further improvements will be implemented by the end of 2022: new types of opportunities, online Q&A between NSPA and suppliers, event calendars for suppliers and encryption of bids received with automatic release to the buyer.

  • NSPA publishes at the earliest opportunity potential or future requirements with an estimated value of Financial Level C
    (80.000 EUR) or above as
    Future Business Opportunities (FBOs).
  • Notifications of Intent (NOI) are the version of future business opportunities for requirements whose procurement is governed by NATO procurement regulations (others than NSPA regulations).
  • NSPA publishes its Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with an estimated value equal or above Financial Level C (80.000 EUR in 2020)
