NSPA signs contract with Collins Aerospace for NavHub-200 GNSS-based vehicle navigation units.

LUXEMBOURG - The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has recently signed a supply and support contract with Collins Aerospace for the supply of NavHub-200 Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) navigation units to be installed on ground combat vehicles and maritime vessels.

This multi-year framework contract will provide NSPA GPS Support Partnership member nations (Canada, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom and the United States) with an easy and streamlined way to acquire new NavHub-200 units.

NavHub-200 is the next generation explosive resistant GPS receiver system strategically designed to meet demanding combat environments for both ground and maritime platforms, assuring long-term supportability of the system during future operations.

These next generation GNSS capabilities can be combined with inertial measuring units and sophisticated anti-jam antennas to provide reliable navigation and timing information in the most challenging and extreme environments.
