The Luxembourg Parliamentary Committee on Internal Security and Defence Visits NSPA

On 17 September 2020, the Luxembourg Parliamentary Committee on Internal Security and Defence visited the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The delegation included members from the Committee on Internal Security and Defence, members of NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the Director of Defence.

The delegation was welcomed by the NSPA General Manager together with the Chief of Staff and NSPA Directors, among other senior staff.

During the meeting, Luxembourg representatives were briefed on NSPA's capabilities and discussed on various present and future collaborative projects between the Agency and the Luxembourg Government, particularly in the medical, transport, logistics and warehousing domains.

We were happy to host the Luxembourgish Parliament today in our Agency. This visit reinforced the strong relationship that NSPA has maintained with the Luxembourg authorities for over 50 years

Peter Dohmen, NSPA General Manager

Luxembourg was a founding member of NATO in 1949 and NSPA's Host Nation since February 1968, when the Agency moved from Chateauroux (France) to the Grand Duchy. Since then, the Agency and Luxembourg began the cooperative, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship that continues today.
