Flexible working time

The core-time is from 09.00 to 11.45 and 13.45 to 16.15 (Monday-Thursday) and from 09.00 to 12.15 (Friday). The remaining time is flexible allowing staff to manage it at their best convenience in respect of service requirements.

International private medical coverage

Allianz manages the NATO Medical Group Insurance. It reimburses 90% of medical expenses of staff members, their spouse and his/her recognized dependents. In case of hospitalization or serious illness, medical expenses will be 100% covered!

Pension system

Employees contribute 8% of their basic salary to the NATO pension scheme each month. NATO contributes 12% of the staff basic salary to the NATO pension scheme each month.
