NSPA GM Visits Papa Air Base and meets Hungarian Defence Officials in Budapest

Last week the NSPA General Manager (GM), Mr. Peter Dohmen, travelled to Pápa Hungary to visit the NATO Airlift Management Programme (NAMP) where he met with the Heavy Airlift Wing Commander and received an update on Strategic Airlift Capability activities. He also met with several key managers of the NAMP and gave an update of key NSPA activities to all of the staff.

While in Hungary, the GM traveled with the NAM Programme Manager, Mr. Wiek Noldus, and the NAMP Wing Support Manager, Mr. Lazslo Szarvas, to Budapest to meet with the Deputy State Secretary for Defence Economy, Mr. János SULYOK, the Department Head of Force Development Programs, Brigadier General Imre Pogácsás and the General Director Defence Economic Bureau, Brigadier General Péter Fodor.

During this visit, the GM introduced NSPA and communicated the organisation’s ambitions for the near future. It was a short but effective visit during which options for future cooperation were discussed.
