NSPA signs agreement with EUROCORPS

02 December 2016

NSPA has entered into a formal framework of cooperation with the European Corps or EUROCORPS.  The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), signed on 30 November by NSPA General Manager Mr. Peter Dohmen, and EUROCORPS Commanding General Lieutenant General Alfredo Ramírez, establishes a formal framework for cooperation and business.

“Cooperation and collaboration with Eurocorps is a natural step in our increased cooperation within Europe and this agreement will facilitate our delivery of logistics products and services.” explained Mr. Dohmen.

The agreement foresees the basic principles for the provision by NSPA of support and services to HQ EUROCORPS, including, but not restricted to, supply, maintenance, procurement of goods and services, transportation, configuration control or technical assistance, on a project by project basis.

”Eurocorps is a force for the European Union and NATO. Currently involved in an EU operation, our Headquarters will again be on standby as part of the NATO Response Force in 2020. Eurocorps definitely needs a strong NATO line of supply to achieve its tasks. The Memorandum of Agreement signed with the NSPA defines the legal basis of that essential logistic support.” highlighted General Ramírez.
