NATO Logistics Stock Exchange (NLSE) Course in Italy
23 November 2016
The NSPA General and Cooperative Services Programme and the Italian Air Force Logistic Command jointly organised a NATO Logistics Stock Exchange (NLSE) course for several units of the Italian Air Force and Ministry of Defence at the ‘Ministero Difesa Aeronautica” in Rome in late October 2016.
More than 20 military staff attended the course, which had two aims. Firstly, to familiarize these customers with the functions and potential of the NLSE platform to support their procurement needs and, secondly, to provide hands-on training to enable current users to maximize their use of the available functions. After completing the course attendees are now better able to use the supply support offered by the NLSE through online procurement through eCat1 Outline Agreements and materiel redistribution with the other 20 Armed Forces of the COMMIT Support Partnership Committee.
