NSPA to participates in IESMA 2016

The Conference and Industry Exhibition on Innovative Energy Solutions for Military Application - IESMA 2016 - will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania in mid-November, 2016.
The event is organized by the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence and supported by a number of NATO Agencies, including NSPA – who will be exhibiting and making a presentation. IESMA 2016 aims to improve energy efficiency sharing the best practices and the lessons learned.
As modern military forces are not an exception in terms of energy dependency, a natural need for energy efficiency emerges in order to reduce conventional fuel consumption. Energy dependency also dictates the need for energy security and environmental protection in military operations.
The organizers are pleased to invite you to be a part of the event gathering the scholars, industry and military experts on energy efficient military applications. Here expertise and knowledge will be shared with a focus on energy generation, management and supply; technology and security of micro grids; portable power; efficiency and buildings; soldier technologies; energy distribution and control; management of waste and water. At the same time this event will provide you with opportunity to be introduced or to exhibit industrial products relevant to the respective subjects.
