21 May 2015

Staff from NSPA’s Operational Logistics Support Partnership (OLSP) participated in the recent Command Post Exercise Logistics Exchange or LOGEX 15.

NSPA staff were responsible for providing planning support as part of the Agency’s role as Contract Integrator for OLSP nations and for NATO Allied Command Operations.

LOGEX 15 was directed by US Joint Staff and focused on Partnership for Peace (PfP) Nations and the fulfilment of NATO Partnership Goals. The exercise scenario involved a multinational approach in supporting NATO deployed forces, using NATO doctrine in a UN-mandated hypothetical NATO-led Peace Support Operation in Sudan (Operation Stable Peace).

The training audience consisted of logisticians from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Finland, FYROM*, Montenegro, Moldova, Serbia and Sweden.

Many senior leaders also participated in Distinguished Visitors Day including Serbian Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr. Aleksandar Vučić, and the Serbian Minister of Defence.

The exercise took place in Belgrade, Serbia.
