New logistics catalogue released

27 January 2015

The Codification Team within the General and Cooperative Services Programme, along with the support of the IT Division, has deployed a new Web version of NATO Master Catalogue of References for Logistics (NMCRL).

NMCRL Version 3.0 has a new look and feel as well as data enhancements and functionality improvements. The biggest improvement is the implementation of a new Query Builder Search Engine which gives customers much more flexibility in their queries in the Item of Supply and NCAGE modules. Also, the batch application has been updated so that up to four batch jobs can be run at the same time, and you can see the processing status of each job. No more waiting for your job to run if there’s already one running!

AC/135 and the codification support team at NSPA are always looking for ways to improve the NATO MCRL to meet customer needs.” said Christelle Gette, the IT lead for codification in NSPA-IT.

Another important enhancement is the addition of statistics data, including the date of the last NMCRL update, the total number of NATO Stock Numbers, reference numbers, NCAGEs, and users.

The NMCRL tech support team welcomes any questions, comments or suggestions for improvement:
