Expedited Repair
Customers may request NSPA to arrange maintenance services for equipment that is not supported by one of the established Support Partnerships or Support Conferences. These requests are handled by the Expedited Repair service
This service makes extensive use of NSPA’s Source File to identify potential sources of supply. This file contains about 10,000 active and reliable procurement sources in NSPO countries.
The service is triggered by a customer request. After an international bidding process, a repair contractor is selected by NSPA and customer approval is sought. A contract is then established and NSPA arranges for transportation of the equipment in question between the customer and the selected repair source.
